qantum... obelix posted that. in fact it was central to his idea of getting to a $1b mkt cap. he based it on EXT's ability to raise [whatever amount] at an avg of 4-5x the pre-discovery share price. recall now ?
the jv issue was phone conversation I had with mgt [I must have asked one of the corporate attorney type questions], I know I had it, but I have no need to make you believe me. and I posted they were in prelim discussions and encouraged all, you specifically, remember, to call them yourself.
