The fact is you have no idea the dealings that took place with ECT and Monash and what there ultimate goal is. You throw comments around a bit to easily with out considering a lot of facts in which you and I and public are not aware of. You need to think about the time involved in securing the finance they are after. Shit it takes ages just to get a home loan organised let alone a billion Euros in a market that's falling apart.
