From my understandings, I believe KAS's ore is underground which gives it a higher cost to operations. KAS's ore grades match in likeness with CSD's when this is factored into the equation.
This is just my opinion and I would have to look again at KAS's operations to confirm. Perhaps another time I'll post my findings and I'll back it up with evidence.
