    It's a matter of perspective. If the costs were quoted as CFR, then AGO would be paying the shipping fee, and hence include the fee into their operating costs. They are selling at the CFR price because the buyer is paying the shipping costs. If AGO were paying for the shipping costs, then AGO would sell at the FOB price and work out costs in CFR. That's probably another shitty explanation... :(
