I personally am not to phased about missing the target by 750K given that it is just that, a target. Nothing is ever certain but a goal gives all employees something to be incitivised against.

What I don't like is the lack of confidence when PV talks of FY2013 targets. i.e. "The current global down turn does however make it difficult for the Board to forecast sales with certainty for FY2013". That is PV softening the blow for us when he puts in a low ball sales target for FY13. I didnt hear this lack of confidence when he came to us in the last cap raising quoting a pipeline in the millions, hence I dont want to hear this now when its time for him to deliver.

That to me summarises the lack of maturity and confidence this organisation has. I agree we are in some difficult financial times but we were in a similar situation when PV announced the 5 million target and his product line, partnerships and infrastructure were less developed than they are today.

Keen to hear what they're plans and TARGETS are for the coming year, hence I encourage you all to attend at the AGM when its held to get this info in person. You can tell a lot from the way a message is communicated as much as the message itself.
