Hi Olly,
To a point it will benefit KMP (up to the $5m they have underwritten).
It certainly wont help the company if the rest aren't taken up by S/H.
I guess as a long term shareholder, I want whats best for the company, so it is able to reward me (long term). At this point, its getting the raising fully subsribed, so they can get on with it, with the cash they need.
It will be a disaster (for the company and SH) if they have a shortfall, then have to come back for more later.
I'll be taking up my entitlement.
