Seals - how confident are you UCL can acquire 50% or even 20-30%? I guess the real question is when do I jump ship to UCL. It doesn't seem like we should be asking 'if' we should be???
Another question - if I accept this UCL offer now and UCL fail to achieve the outcome, do i still keep my MAK shares or will they still get converted to UCL?
