A company with a management team that constantly over promise, over estimate and continually under deliver?
A company that has increased shares on issue over the past 5 years by some 1 billion whilst seeing a significant SP decline?
A company that has raised CR after convertible note after CR after convertible note, etc., but hardly advanced the development of it's prime project?
A company that issues options on a constant basis for free?
Yep - sounds like a great buy to me!
