re: News: Westside Corporation present at the... " I also see that there is a lot of tight holders..."
now there's an unfortunate turn of phrase.
I would prefer " a lot of holders with tightly held parcels of shares.." LOL.
and there lies part of the answer imo.
the gap between the current SP of 35c and the "proposed" INITIAL price of 53c pre-reserves upgrade, must be because the market belives that the "proposal" might not morph into a formal binding Offer.
Absent the Proposal, undoubtedly our SP would be in the 20c's range, I guess? and that would be a reflection of the market.
So imho, its two distinct investment scenarios - an investment wrt betting on the t/o, or buying on the basis of WCL as a going-concern and growth business.
Frankly I am comfortable either way.
If the LNG proposal does not turn into a formal Offer for whatever reason, you still would have the opportunity of investing in a coy with an SP of say 25c, which could be looking at a GSA of say 60TJ/day at $8/gj over 20yrs times 51%!!
SO thats revenue of 60,000 x $8 x 365 x 20 x 51% = $1,787 million !
AND - JB mentioned costs of production of $1-$2/gj.
and thats not pie-in-the-sky stuff imo.
they already have compression facilities for 30tj/d and pipelines for 60tj/d.
so they only need funds to drill more wells to get up to the 60tj/d and more compression.
they have the mgt to do it.
they have proven that they can do it
they have proven that they can get the gas to flow- some at 1million scf/day.
it's a good story even without LNG/Chinese imo.
DYOR pls
cheers
