The judge wouldn't find them guilty until TOL is issued, then he can safely say the plant is considered safe by independants and SMSL were misleading, what if he gagged them and TOL wasn't issued?? hasn't Fuzzy used this line before herself, if it's so safe then issue TOL...... along those lines.
