to ease the matter, let us call this capital raising PEK's "Lynas moment". the Lynas moment was when LYC diluted its share capital by 100% at 45 cents (or so) during the GFC. if PEK can issue options today at 34 cents then, in my eyes, they will be redeemed.

as for this raising being at a "small discount", Matt72 (aka Mr UNX) announced to the universe 8 days ago the capital raising would be at a substantial discount. PEK had support at around 23 cents and traded at 22.5 cents on the day of Matt72's proclamation. being generous to PEK, based on Leverre's 17 cent post, 5.5 cent discount divided by 22.5 = 24.5% discount. 24.5% is not a small discount

seems like we will remain part of the PEK family well into the future.
