I'm wasn't being dismissive Guru - any information positive or negative is welcome. However in the land of "Dog sues owner over bad haircut" or land of litigious expedience if you like. I would wait and see.

I should probably have led with Erg Resources appears to be quite the litigious entity. Here's another from March 2012 where they are suing Nabors Industry....

I know nothing of the particulars in the alleged Linc matter, the previous matter was apparently settle in October 2011 with Linc purchasing the Oil Fields.

From the above which was just a prelim search on google, ERG Resources seem to spend a lot of time in litigation.
