Yes. We don't need an EGM to receive the $6m from Monash - but we do need to. vote on the funding in order to approve it.

This funding arrangement is exactly the same as resolution 5 at the last EGM. and completely different to resolutions 2 & 3 at the last EGM.
Have a read what ECT said about resolutins 2 & 3, and. 5 in the explanatory notes.
In relation to your escrow concern, I don't think it is necessary at this stage.. Monash is too involved with ECT...they would not be able to trade their shares in the foreseeable future due to insider trading restrictions.
