yes, an exciting competition - guess the next capital restructure!!!!

normal contest rules apply - eg the management and staff of gda are prohibited from entering.

importantly, no purchase of gda shares is necessary as a precondition of entering the competition.

the following is watso´s entry.


a) first of all, a 5 for one bonus issue of shares and options. everybody loves a freebie, and there will be a mad rush, to buy stock. this will increase issued capital to about 6 billion shares and 5 billion options (exercise price 0.1c).

b) secondly, consolidate the shares on a 600 for one basis - this will bring the nos of issued shares to about 100m; and about 85m options exercisable at 60c.

c) have a one for one issue at 5c - this will raise $5m.


the second part of the competition is to write in 10 words or less, why a person should invest in gda!!!
