    1031, it is my uneducated opinion,but,
    Clearly Biota management think 65c/ share is a safe price while they reward themselves with what they want via the Biota Employee Option Scam, sorry, I mean Plan. It's been "gamisou" the shareholders since the begining with our CEO.
