Now correct me if I am wrong - we have had over 150mill AMX shares traded since 24 Feb and apart from some minor adjustment selling by Black Rock and GCIC - where have the shares come from to feed this maelstrom of selling ? It surprises me that AMX do not tell us more about the source of the selling. Re BOE I thought they were free to sell the shortfall to who they please. Looking at the BOE May 2012 presentation I really enjoyed the quote on page 6 - extolling how Evan Cranston took the AMX market cap from $5mill to $600mill in 2 years. But curiously there was silence about events after that peak in market cap. Back to AMX again - I am still left with the impression that the collapse of AMX post Feb was engineered by "computer driven robotic shorting". What do others think.
