    I'm off to a good start this morning ... 1/4 of an avo, plus a small tin of tuna on a thin slice of grainy bread, with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and cracked pepper and a brewed black coffee ... gotta admit its not bad and I could do this for breaki a couple of times a week, with porridge a few days, poached eggs a few days and natural yogurt with fruit a few days, all with a slug of brewed black coffee.

    I should be able to throw away my calculator within a month or so 8))
