I can find no reference to la Jolla Cove Investments in the KAB announcement.
Given the damage that an incorrect post can do to a number of people/reputations I suggest that you TOU yourself and ask for the thread to be removed.
If, of course, you have information linking LJCI to Noble you should post it.
