    Hi all,

    Just had a look through Notice of General Special Meeting, and they want issue 30,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.60 p/s. What a bargain!
    This will massively devalue our share price. I mean if I were issued any significant amount of MAD shares at that price I would dump most of them at market price as soon as I got them. Therefore I will be voting against this section.
