Cheap, PE ratio 2 but still down despite being oversold.
Maybe not the preferred sector (iron & steel) !
Why the unlove? Or another one that would suddenly bolt by double digit % once the general market improves. But this is not a non-profitable smallcap - it is making solid profit!
