Boysy1 - Not so.
Take a look at NDO's quarterly which was released today. There is no mention of anyone "walking" away.
NDO states in its quarterly that:-
"The MoA is subject to finalisation and execution of a formal Farm-Out Agreement between the parties" (on page 3).
Boysy1 - please refrain from scaremongering tactics
