Stayer, you are correct re succession planning. McNamee has been in the role a long time, but he has done such a superb job that, from my perspective, he can stay indefinitely. I would hope the board are doing some really good succession planning and looking offshore at the C Class in Baxter as well as CSL.
Either way, I am holding and enjoying the ride.

p.s. Have not heard from "The Pro" - I suspect he has been very badly burnt. there has been more than a 10% price rise since his post saying to short it.
