Not quite sure what is all this incitement about$4.
It is an extra strong resistance level with all the long time holders coming out of the woodwork wanting yo sell at a round number
'At one stage there were 2.5 million of shares at 4 bucks with 218 sellers and only about a million and a bit shares at $3,98.
So it will take some doing to break through 4 buck and further.
