DML has a great record of extensive ground testing and if they think it warrants drilling.
The fact they have said that the mineralisation is thin and poorly developed means it is better for them to concentrate resources on drilling out areas with mineable Cu/Ag.
Im guessing here, but chances are they tested the holes on site with a hand held tool that records the mineralisation within seconds and have found that the levels were insufficent to send away for laboratory testing.
Makes sense to not waste money on low lab results :)
