    what's positive about reporting flow rates of 1.5 mcf? it's piss-weak, that's why the price has dropped. Below 15mcf NEO/OPL are simply non-starters. I thought all this was settled months ago. Nobody is manipulating anything. Nobody is buying up big by pushing the price down. NEO so far is simply a dud.
