Lynas has $205M, they intend to spend $95M in the next quarter, so they will have $110M left.
Their non-development outflows are estimated to be $31M for the next quarter (one assumes that cost saving achieved from running the plant in maintenance mode are factored in), so if that held, they would be left with $79M. $79M is not a sufficient reserve for Lynas, particularly if they envisage operating at fully capacity anytime soon.
