re:rtm's licence that's as I understand it too Conix_Vale. Was advised by company that they were seeking immediate explanation and depending on that, they would consider options open to them including lodging an appeal. Can't see why an amended application can't be submitted either. Am still at a loss here as to why the U-application was refused. Also seems unusual that no reasons were given especially when MME had only recently granted three licences to RTM. Don't think RTM will give up on this too easily, not after the encouraging survey results.
