    I agree with most posters here that are less than inspired with this report.

    With ONE glaring exception :

    "The company hopes to be in a position to announce a signficant and favourable commercial partnership in the near future."

    IF Cottee is not just a spinmeister (and I don't think he is), then :-

    The glass IS half full IMO.
