In all seriousness, I think all HAW mgmt want is the DSO to be a little further explored to ensure your pants aren't getting pulled too far down, hence the April announcement to have the 'operator' look at DSO at Mt Mason. Once that has been factored into the offer, I am sure it will be a quick transaction, heres hoping anyway
