Can I just add again from my earlier post this morning, there still seems to be some who believe the TOL licence will be granted after the election. NC on the CC stated very bluntly and very confidently said "NO" to that question which means without hesitation it has nothing to do with the election. We need to move on from this. Tol will be issued this month I believe and I think he already knows this but couldn't say it for obvious reasons.
