Ok Pandev, so the plan should be to tear up the Scheme altogether and let the share price drift back to the low 20's, waiting for the market to turnaround and other interested parties to come to the table? Do you have a timeframe as to when the market will turnaround? How patient the Africans are? How much more dilution will be needed to sit it out until the market turns around? Whether Cameroon wants anyone other than the Chinese involved in this?

If the Scheme goes ahead, SDL will effectively be on the market. Any potential suitor will be able to make a counter-bid if they want to. You should be confident of this occuring if you believe the company to be so grossly under-valued. The proof will be in the pudding as to whether the other resource companies out there believe SDL to be a steal at 50c, or whether they think you, and others on here who thinks it's a steal, are wrong.

The resource SDL has on it's tenements is only one factor in determining the value of the company, and the attractiveness of the company to other possible suitors. This is something that a lot of posters here really grapple with understanding.

Good luck tomorrow to holders with whatever the outcome of the announcement.
