    True Abu its not something I have focused on much with the company.LOL

    Imagine all those times doing cap raises Abu while promising ten million in the kitty from van-mag. LOL

    If anything did go to court I suppose they would have to provide evidence of the "irrevocable bank guarentee" that was held by the companies south african lawyers.
