okay Sandys, with all due respect lets stop the BS and discuss reality.

Not everybody disagrees with you, and not everybody who does disagree with you is a "fan club member". The thing is, as Rocks so nicely put it, the only plan you have thus far described is to whinge, spam the board, and call everybody else names if they don't give you a thumbs up. Thats hardly a path to riches for any of us, except maybe the shorters.

Sharks politely pointed out that a plan to sack the board is not a plan at all, unless of coarse you want nothing more than ruin the company. In order to garner support for a plan, that plan needs to articulate an end game that will have a positive impact. Having no board isn't going to achieve that now is it? You get upset when people dismiss your statements yet you absolutely refuse to put forward anything constructive that people can actually back you on.

I'm sure most of us will actively engage with you if you can articulate a constructive plan. I'm sure most of us would be happy to discuss a plan that brings accountability. I'm sure most of us would support suggestions which can bring more disclosure and forward looking commentary (without the catch phrases). We all want and feel the need to know "the plan", and how it will be achieved, whilst recognising that there are situations where full disclosure will shoot ourselves in the foot by telling our competitors what we intend to do before actually doing it.

I'm not a fan of doing nothing any more than I'm a fan of misleading statements (herein known as snowjobs). Like many here I went in boots and all against management with their pathetic LTIP and I'd happilly do it again for a good cause. But a good cause surely involves increasing our SP, not destroying it further. You can't blame thinking people for not backing a half baked idea. You clearly have the time and tell us you have the experience so please give us the other half of the story if you want our support.

Seriously, if you have a plan that you want to divulge which may get us the above then please share it and we can have an intelligent conversation. Scorched earth practices aren't going to pay my bills in the future so please don't be insulted if I choose not to blindly back a plan that doesn't appear to offer an actual solution.

Even though we don't see eye to eye on many issues I honestly believe you mean well but we all know that meaning well doesn't automatically lead to good outcomes. So whatcha got big fella ?
