The problem is lack of information - plain and simple.

Their GSK rep is clearly not interested in promoting it and then there is the general Influenza stuff that filters down through the health departments - if GSK are not doing the right job globally in spreading the advantages of Relenza, don't expect a local GP to have the same knowledge on the pros and cons of Relenza/Tamiflu as the regulars on this forum.

Biota could be doing more globally in terms of the general updates and advantages of Zanamivir over Oseltamivir, but they don't.
