Sensible post redgum, but I'm almost certain the SP will go to around $1.25 by early October, once we get the TOL.

Our 75% fellow owners are not going to gift any additional shares to Mt Kellett so once they are certain they can't feed any further to the downside on fear of a cap raise they'll be fairly anxious to run it up to around $1.25 before first conversion date. They won't want Mt Kellett turning a 9% dilution into 12/15%, that would be stealing their lunch.

Given no major external influences I'll punt the SP then moves in a channel $1.20/$1.40 until the earnings potential becomes a bit clearer in 6 months time but it's highly likely the MK bond will put a floor under the SP.
