BPT would be crazy to accept ANY T/O below $3.00 with what they have got to deliver. My bet is that the only thing that RG is looking for is a j/v equity sale of BPT's interests in 218 and 855. Plenty of time for a full T/O, just get 218 and 855 developed and BPT will increase their value 10 fold.
I know that I am an ICN holder, but, the quiet elephant in the room is ICN with 40% of 855 PLUS a 20 year GSA, MUCH more attractive that ADE.
Let's see if Halifax-1 replicates Encounter, or, betters it IMO.
