    Hi (baukaw)

The Conventions and Permits were not going to progress until Hanlong could convince the Cameroon Government that funds were going to be available.
NDRC visited Cameroon and spoke with The Cameroon Government.Hanlong spoke to the Cameroon Government.
The Convention was more or less granted after these talks.

FIRB problem was Hanlong staff being involved.Staff implicated Hanlong in what was going on I believe.

Hanlong have been obviously talking to NDRC and Exim Bank.
Hanlong have been talking as if it was only a formality to get approval.

Regardless as to whether Hanlong or NDRC,they are both Chinese working together.

Hanlong and NDRC obviously told Sundance the expected dates for all the expected approval dates that have not been kept to.

Final Convention and Mining Permits will not be signed off until the Chinese get their act's together and meet one of the date lines.

Stalling at its best to try to get something valuable for nothing.

This latest prank of demanding the Cameroon and The Congo Mining Permits,Port and Rail Permits be handed over to them before they agree to anything without handing over 1 dollar is pathetic.

Honestly would you sign your house deeds and ownership of your car/cars over without any cash being paid to you?

I am not having ago at you, just asking and posting the way I see it.
Different thoughts and opinions are good to learn from.

    Regards
    Westcott.
