Here's hoping eb! Don't forget that the sterile area and a buffer zone were specifically exluded from the ILUA by the Djungan people.
But if this does mean the area under the mesa is back in the equation, it's massive news. Would just require a new or amended ILUA I would think. But we'd need clarification either way otherwise its just speculation.
