SEA surely would have to inform the shareholders of a cap raising, I dont think any company would do a cap raising without explicit shareholder agreement. This is just a big holder selling although the Eli Wallace Group was involved in the last big selldown and then bought back in after they depressed the price and now it looks like they're doing it again, other than profit I dont know what their aim is. Just my opinion of cours and I apologise to EWG if it is incorrect.
