Concur on ICN. Plus looks relatively expensive.
STX CB assets are not up to the quality of ICN or BPT as outside the fairway.
BPT and others would love to own DLS. But BG clearly has control of its future. Maybe a deal for gas assets to BG and BPT can have oil assets.
Concur on COE in which BPT has 9.54% following SNE takeover.
