40mil sounds a lot, but to take it to production in 2015, AMX at least need another 40-50mil on top, and this time around, no one will take near market price offer, so AMX has to do a big discount, and the way sp travels, offer will be somewhere in its 20s, and look at the way it travels, Kitto better off to do raising now.
at least holders can get an idea of indicative bottom support. at the moment, no one knows where it will end.
