crackpot - i agree. not sure i have access or the smarts to figure this on my own.
but i get the feeling this is more a AUM/CDU/VRX type of situation where the initial find appears to be / or they claim it to be an indication of a major resource based on the geology etc. the professionals buy into the story based on their experience and the MC goes up and plateaus at some level. its then a slow process while the company starts defining the resource and proving its point.
if the pros are convinced the initial indicators could justify a 350Mill MC minimum - we could have a healthy SP. then the company may keep adding to the resource (a la CDU).
but if they get greedy with a CR - then we could have a stagnant SP around the new issue price. VRX had a similar situation..
but my feeling is that the size of the resource/geology etc indicates a significant potential for a massive deposit. else we would have seen big dumps after the initial spike.
