This reading of teal leaves is a way to while away the time, but it means nothing. We have *no idea* when the TOL will be issued.
Do I hope imminently? Yes.
Do I think so? It has just as good a chance as any other.
Do I think resourced is down ramping? Not one bit. I pay attention to resourced.
I don't pay much attention to Niqo anymore, but that is only because he posts so much, not because I think he's way out there.
The simplest answer,at tleast to me, is that they are thinking of pulling the trigger on the elections, but haven't amde up their minds. The elections mean *a lot* to us. Don't like the SP, but if we hit Mitta's $13 I am selling. :)
