From my point of view, I see a company with a long term plan and the majority of investors wanting a short term profit. The company is aiming to maximise shareholder value, just trying to turn 1 dollar into ten in 2 years time, rather than 1 into 2 in 6 months. In sport you build your base before doing the specifics. Mining should be no different. The base here is simply a lot bigger than people can comprehend, in my opinion. The development appears to be done for now; i.e. the base period has been completed for this phase. Hopefully we now see the results. Maybe it's just a case of management needing to articulate their plans more clearly to holders, or would that make them a target? Who knows really.
