They did capital raising already, specifically to fund seismics... no seismics were delivered FAIL.

They are out of money. They have nothing to sell and thus money will eventually run out - they have been peddling this CR boat for 5 years now with nothing delivered. FAIL

I suspect there are no partners. They have invested in a 'potential' resource which cannot be confidently confirmed or assessed without 3d seismics (see above). As a result no partner will step up. FAIL
