Yes ... I had posed this same question several days ago but got no bites or comments. Could the 50c be just the negotiating base-line for use in conjunction with the independent valuation when it comes? When is the ind. valuation due for release?
If it's higher than 57c (and there is every reason to believe that it might well be), then the final agreed price is likely to be between the 2 figures, but North of 50c & 57c IMO. I'm staying optimistic & with my long held gut feelings .... 62-65c if no other bidders entering the fray ... but obviously a little higher if they do!
