    Given that once the merger of SLR & IGR successfully seals, and the IGR board will retire.

    I think it would be best to appoint Chris Cairns as a Non-Executive Director of BAB or Non-Executive Chairman role.

    His experience would be a big plus for BAB, given the success he had transitioning IGR from explorer to producer.
