    34232 is right that PPP shareholders have been spared the carnage that has taken place in the small cap oil sector by PPP being extra conservative

    Look at the likes of TSV etc

    Any explorer not cashed up will have to find capital at discounted rates

    PPP could pick up some cheap stuff if they play their cards right
