I think, according to the disclosure statement

" It is anticipated that the T2 Offer and the Entitlement Offer will be completed in or about late August 2012."

that some wanted to secure a holding to be entitled for the offer. So far I have not seen a specific date but often they come out and say the entitlment day WAS on that day.

Not much time left if they want to complete the offer by that mentioned date line. And let's see how many now will sell for .5c. I will not, I bought for that price.
