I have been following Kevin Maloney for about 5 years. He buys into companies to gain control. He then finances them to the stage of production (which he is doing here). Given the way current management was running the place, it is time for an overhaul. I wil start to accumulate this baby post the shareholder agreement.
I can't see why people would be unhappy to remove debt, finance the company for growth and have an objective to get the company back to where it should be.
